AWARD OF EXCELLENCE 2008

The Gerontology Association of Nova Scotia is pleased to offer a cash award in the amount of $250 to a student, full or part time, studying in the field of gerontology at the university or community college level in the Province of Nova Scotia.

The purpose of the Award is to recognize and promote academic excellence in the field of gerontology and to encourage involvement in the Gerontology Association of Nova Scotia. Gerontology Association of Nova Scotia Award of Excellence Description:

How to apply:

A faculty member of the school at which the candidate attends, submits a letter of nomination. The nominated student completes and submits the Award of Excellence application form and an up-to-date resume.

The deadline for applications is March 15 of each year. The presentation of the Award is made at the Association's Annual General Meeting in the spring of each year.
